The company owns this website, owns the advertising account used to promote it, and performs the remodelling work itself. No agency, lead broker or reseller operates on our behalf, and we do not sell or share enquiries with other contractors.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you email us about a job you normally provide a name, an email address, a phone number, the property address, and a description of the room or work you want done. Some people attach photographs of the space.
• Standard server data. Our hosting provider records the usual request information — IP address, date and time, the page requested, and the browser or crawler user agent — for security and uptime purposes.

This site has no login, no shopping cart and no payment form. We never ask for card or bank details through the website; deposits and invoices are handled directly, by cheque or bank transfer, after a signed estimate.

How we use it

• To prepare a written estimate for the work you asked about.
• To arrange the walkthrough, confirm access to the property, and schedule the crew.
• To order materials for your job and to invoice for work performed.
• To keep the job records Florida law and our insurer require us to keep.
• To keep this site available and protect it from abuse.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This is a plain static site. It sets no advertising or profiling cookies of its own and runs no tracking scripts. If we advertise, the advertising platform may set its own cookies under that platform's policies, which you can control through your browser settings or the platform's own preference tools.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests that do not turn into jobs are deleted within about twelve months. Records tied to work we actually performed — signed estimates, invoices, permits and job photographs — are kept for the period required for tax, warranty and insurance purposes and then deleted. Server logs are rotated by our host on a short cycle.

Who can see it

Access is limited to the owner and the crew lead assigned to your property, and only to what they need to do the work. Our email provider and our website host process data on our behalf as service providers. Where a job requires a licensed electrician or plumber, that tradesman receives only the address and the scope. We disclose anything further only where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it by writing to the address below. We answer within thirty days. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we remove your details from our estimate and scheduling lists.

Children

Our services are sold to adults arranging work on property they own or manage. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date at the top. The version shown here is always the one in force.
